From the beginning, our white and off-white leather Vekla Low Top sneakers have been top choice among our customers. But what if we were to replace the leather upper, with a breathable, off white organic cotton canvas? 

Featuring tonal metal eyelets and tonal sole, these Vekla Low Top off white canvas sneakers feel no less luxurious than their leather counterpart. The organic cotton canvas fabric has been sourced from one of the most reputable suppliers in Italy, and features a slight melange effect. The construction has remained the same, with leather board heel cups, genuine Margom rubber soles, a removable insole with vegetable tanned lining and 100% cotton laces.

Thanks to the breathable characteristic of the uppers, these are the perfect warm weather sneakers as they allow your feet to stay cool even on hot summer days. Casual yet refined, they allow you to transition easily between sandy shores and the bustling streets of the city.

When you look at the tip of the shoe from the side, you can judge the sneaker’s profile. Sleek, isn’t it? This is no easy feat, as the rubber needs to wrap over the tip of the shoe and be stitched into place. But for our Italian factory, it's all in a days work.

Upper: Organic cotton canvas, sourced from Italy.

Outsole: Rubber outsole sourced from Margom, A benchmark in the industry and well known for the quality and durability of their rubber soles.

Insole: Removable insole lined with chromium free Italian soft calf leather lining.

Heel counter: Leather board heel counter.

Laces: Thick, 100% cotton laces sourced from Italy.

Eyelets: Reinforced eyelets on the interior.

Construction: Assembled in the Marche region from Italy.

Padding: Soft padding around the ankle and across the instep.
