Shipping policy
Postage and handling are automatically added to all orders at checkout. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the items in your order and your location. For all countries, items are shipped via DHL Express International. Upon request, the national postal service (Bpost) can be used, particularly for countries where courier delivery is not always available, such as Russia. We will contact you once the order has been dispatched and provide you with a tracking code for the delivery.
It is possible to purchase items at the shop’s physical address. For this, we kindly ask that you do not place an order online, but instead contact us via email at sales@sonsofhenrey.com.
At Sons of Henrey, we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment is received, stock permitting. Delivery times, under normal conditions, vary by country. As a general indication:

Sons of Henrey cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to changing weather conditions, customs procedures, or postal strikes.
All customs duties and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not undervalue shipments or mark them as gifts to avoid customs charges. A different shipping method can be used upon customer request.
